Bibhash started writing code in school and never really stopped. Before Flowtask he'd already built two companies — not experiments, actual businesses with clients and live infrastructure. He knows how to ship.
He started Flowtask in 2024 after watching the same thing happen at every team he'd been part of. Someone sends a message. An ask is clear. And then a week passes and nothing moved because nobody was sure it was actually theirs to do.
The fix he built is an AI that reads your Slack and inbox like a person would — figures out what needs to happen, who should own it, and creates the task before anyone has to think about it.
He built the AI pipeline, the backend, the frontend. All of it. Vishal is co-founder and runs outreach. Roshan handles product and sales. Dev manages what goes out on X and LinkedIn. Sagar does design and is now building frontend components. Manjeet does QA. Small team. Straightforward problem. Product that works.
